The bitcoins are transferred into your wallet instantly after a successful payment.
WHAT IS WALLET ADDRESS?
A bitcoin wallet address is a unique combination of letters and numbers that looks something like this: 3LqYuKnMgNm9fkwZxYZ1aiBCDefTpwXs. You use your bitcoin address by sharing it with others so they will be able to send you bitcoins.
Your address can also be represented as a QR code that someone can scan with their smartphone enabling them to send bitcoins to your wallet.

WHAT IS MY QUICKBIT WALLET?
A wallet stores your digital credentials for your bitcoin holdings and the information necessary to transact bitcoins. Everyone engaging in bitcoin transactions need to have a wallet.
I CANNOT FIND MY BITCOIN WALLET. WHERE IS IT?
When first opening an account you were invited to install a browser plug-in. If you completed this step you will see our logo top right in your browser window. If you are currently using a different web browser you will not be able to see your wallet.
HOW DO I SEND BITCOINS FROM MY WALLET TO ANOTHER ACCOUNT?
Simply click on the Quickbit plug-in, click ‘Send’ and enter the amount of bitcoins you wish to send and the recipient bitcoin address.
WHY DO I HAVE A PENDING CHARGE ON MY CARD ACCOUNT?
A purchase attempt that is declined by your card issuer can occasionally leave a pending charge on your account for a few hours - rest assured that this will fall off the account, usually within a maximum of 24 hours.

WHAT IS 3DS?
The 3D Secure ( 3DS ) is implemented by online merchants to secure internet payments and prevent frauds. May it be a credit or debit card that is in use, the 3DS system will ensure 3-way-security codes are matched before completing transaction. To avoid transaction failures, user's card must enroll in 3DS system and have the secret key before initiating any online transactions, else 3DS error would popup.
